403 error!!
My website just went down and showed 403 error. When I tried to restore it from the backup it showed this error!!

Hi OP.
Without proper context, it'll be hard for us to guide you. A 403 error is often due to permissions error (it may be due to bad error handling too, or Mod Security / software firewall).
Try to see if your cPanel user is the owner of the files & if it has the permissions to execute the script that you are trying to launch through your web browser.
Your hosting provider may help you with this kind of task, depending on the support contract that you have with them. This would be more of a webmastering task than on the hosting provider, but should be fairly easy for them.

Whenever there is an error on the site, the best thing to do is check the logs. You can do that from the cPanel >> Errors page inside your cPanel interface, or if you have root access to the server you can watch the Apache log at /etc/apache2/logs/error_log in real-time.
If not, your host should be able to help you with this quikcly as u/aqua_deerdog said.
